Town house. 1862 date and inscription 'JO'. Slatehanging on
masonry with stucco quoin strips; rag slate roof with central
gabled roof dormer and brick end stack on left. Double-depth
plan. 2 storeys plus attic over basement; 2-window range.
Original 4-pane hornless sashes to 1st floor, horned copy
below left-hand window and small 6-pane casement to basement;
doorway up flight of steps on right with 5-panel top glazed
door with rectangular overlight; quoin strips are alternate
plain and vermiculated rising to moulded stucco eaves cornice.
INTERIOR not inspected. The end house of a contemporary row,
and a complete dated example.
