House and shop. c1830. Stucco; clay tile roof with brick stack
to right gable end. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys, 2-window
range. 8/8-pane sashes. c1830 shop front with later C19
four-panel glazed central door with overlight flanked by
3-light plate-glass windows and narrow reeded pilasters
supporting fascia with a reeded cornice. Entrance to the upper
floor on far left is a 6-panel door with overlight, panelled
reveals and pilasters. INTERIOR not inspected.
