House in row, now 2 houses. C17. Roughcast render on rubble;
steep asbestos slate roof with 3 flat-roofed dormers breaking
the eaves; external front lateral stack with small brick
shaft. Single-depth plan plus later extension at rear. 2
storeys; 3-window range. C20 4-pane horned sashes. Doorways on
the left and right presumably inserted to former window
openings; C20 doors, the left-hand door with slate hood over.
