Formerly Liverpool Union Bank. Circa 1885. G. E. Grayson.
Stone, four storeys. Five bays. Ground floor now has three
modern shop fronts. First floor has four windows and Greek key
patterned frieze and cornice, broken by centre segmental
pediment on scroll brackets and carved tympanum containing
arms and above inserted marble plaque. Second floor is
rusticated, sill course, windows in architraves with
consoled segmental pediments. Top floor has five round-arched
windows, four with curved iron balconies. Large entablature
with modillions and lion masks.
