House. Early C19 at right-angle to Combe Street; probable earlier origins. Painted render and ashlar to south facade, rubblestone to rear with crested slate roof and brick stacks, hipped to the left, and pantile to lean-to. L-shaped plan, two rooms deep at front. Two storeys, symmetrical three window range, two-light casements to first floor and French windows flanking c1970 door and porch; moulded cornice below gutter; to right of facade is a semicircular-arched carriage entrance. Rear wing to the left, fronting on to Combe Street, has 1/1-pane sash to ground floor right and two-light casement above c1960 door to the left. Rear wing has hipped roof to north with finial to cresting and small three-light casement above pantiled lean-to.
INTERIOR not inspected
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: a narrow strip of rubblestone wall with stone coping attached to left of facade and parallel to Combe Street is swept up to approximately 2m; cast-iron railings on a stone plinth continue forward.
