Farmhouse, C16. Hall and cross-wing; cross-passage entry. 2 storeys and
attics, 2 windows. Timber-framed, rendered; the gabled cross-wing with jettied
upped floor. Plaintiled roof with gable chimney to hall. C20 casements and
entrance door. Cross-wing in 2-bays, early or mid-C16 with close studding and
blocked diamond mullioned windows. Hall rebuilt mid or late C16 in 2 unequal
bays; internal 1-flue chimney at upper end with cambered lintel over wide
fireplace.
