Small house in row. Early C19. Painted rubble with shallow
segmental arches; dry slate roof with wide C20 raking dormer;
cast-iron ogee gutter. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys plus attic
converted; 1-window range. Original 12-pane hornless sashes;
C20 3-panel door on the left. INTERIOR not inspected. Included
for group value.
