Attached house, now restaurant and office. c1800. Brick with
tuck pointing and limestone dressings, and a pantile roof.
Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. 3 storeys and
basement; 3-window range. A C20 shop front has a central
doorway, plate-glass windows and a fascia, with a right-hand
doorway to the office above; cambered ashlar voussoirs to
8/8-pane first-floor sashes with a glazed central former hoist
door, 3/6-pane second-floor sashes, the middle one blind.
Basement entrance to the left of the rising ground, has a C19
plank door. INTERIOR: basement with rough timber post to a
central beam, and right-hand C20 stair.
