Small house. Probably C18. Painted rubble with oak lintels;
rendered to 1st floor of front; asbestos slate roof; large
external rubble stack to right-hand gable. 1-room plan
extended C20 at rear. 2 storeys; 1-window range. C20 windows
with glazing bars: wide 3-light casement to 1st-floor centre;
2-light casement below, right of centre; blocked doorway with
oak lintel on the left and small 2-light casement to
right-hand return (ground floor). INTERIOR not inspected.
