Farmhouse, dated 1764, now house. (Renovation in progress at time of
survey). Squared stone in diminishing courses, with larger quoins,
slate roof with gable chimneys. Rectangular 2-bay plan. Two storeys.
Central boarded door with rectangular lintel in the centre of which is
a raised panel with scrolled head and incised lettering B . two

flush mullioned windows each floor, mullions slightly chamfered, all of
3 lights except that left of door at ground floor which has 4 lights.
