House. Dated 1825. Rendered with limestone dressings, 4 brick
lateral stacks and a slate hip roof, and Pennant stone garden
wall. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys and basement; 2-window
range. Pilasters with incised fret moulding, first-floor plat
band and deep boxed eaves, A semicircular-arched doorway in
the right return has an open pediment on small consoles, a
6-panel door and C20 fanlight; large plate-glass sashes.
INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached garden
wall with ashlar piers, the pair to the right with a fluted
entablature and large cap, to the left with ball finials;
overthrow arches on both.
