Town house. Early/mid C19. Slatehanging on studwork to front
and to left-hand return; dry Delabole slate roof with
projecting eaves at the front; brick stack on left; cast-iron
ogee gutters. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 2-window range.
original 16-pane hornless sashes within moulded wooden
architraves. Ground floor has early C20 transomed shop front
on the right, with doorway on its left; house doorway left of
this, with glazed door and overlight adjoining and as part of
earlier C20 double shop front with end pilasters and fascia
with moulded cornice shared with No.8 (qv). INTERIOR not
inspected.
