House, now shop. c1840. Ham Hill stone ashlar facade, coursed
and squared limestone to the rest; hipped slate roof with
brick stack to right return. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys;
symmetrical 3-window range. The entire ground floor is a mid
C20 shop, double-fronted, facing north, with another window to
the far left of the left return. The facade has canted
pilasters to the corners, a cornice and low parapet. The
central first-floor 6/6-pane tripartite sash is flanked by
8/8-pane sashes all with shallow floating cornices on
consoles. INTERIOR not inspected. Included for group value.
