Shop and dwelling. Late C18/early C19, to earlier core. Brick;
slate roof; brick stacks to front and rear. 4 storeys and
cellar; single-window range: canted bay with 2/2: 8/8: 2/2
sashes; 6/6 sash over with grooved stone lintel and mutilated
C19 cast-iron window box guard; 3/6 sash over, with complete
guard. C20 shopfront with grilled and panelled door recessed
between bowed lights and shop windows with fixed uppers and
metal framed lower sashes; tiled stallboards; moulded cornice
to deep hood on consoles. Front to Market Street has 4/8 sash
under segmental arch to 1st floor; 2-light casement windows to
2nd and 3rd floors. Plank door with grilled overlight to left;
4/8 sash.
