House. c1820. Render with limestone dressings, roof not
visible. Single-depth plan. One storey and basement elevation
facing York Road, the other side being of 2 storeys; 2-window
range to York Road. A central Doric portico over the doorway;
8/8-pane sashes, parapet, and bridge over basement area.
INTERIOR: rear dogleg stair, reeded architrave and fielded
shutters.
