Pair of attached houses. c1870s. Pennant rubble, roughcast,
brick ridge stacks and a tiled roof. Double-depth plan.
Domestic Revival style. Each of 2 storeys; 2-window range.
No.3 has a right-hand roughcast lower block set back with a
porch in the angle with a sloping roof; entrance to No.4 in
the left-hand side; symmetrical fenestration, 2- and 3-light
windows have mullions and casements, with a wide shallow
dormer. INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: detached
service block in front.
