Terrace of 3 houses, now shops, the middle one now subdivided.
From 1762, completed c1800, extended c1850. By Thomas Paty.
Limestone ashlar with party wall stacks and slate and pantile
mansard roofs. Double-depth plan. Each of 3 storeys and attic;
3-window range. Pilasters to a cornice and parapet, and
first-floor sill band. C20 shop fronts, plate-glass sashes and
paired dormers. An extra window at the left-hand end, with the
parapet ramped up to a small pier: the left return has a
narrow mid C19 pedimented section. INTERIOR not inspected.
Park Street was developed over some 40 years, was severely
damaged c1940, and much rebuilt in facsimile after the war.
