Attached house. Early C19. Stucco with limestone dressings,
tall brick party wall stack and pantile hipped roof.
Single-depth plan. Late Georgian style. 2 storeys, basement
and attic; 1-window range. Moulded coping to parapet, a
right-hand doorcase with deep bracketed canopy, rectangular
overlight and 6-panel door, cambered heads to 6/6-pane sashes,
and casements to the dormers and basement. INTERIOR not
inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached cast-iron front area
railings to the entrance.
