GV II

House. c1820. Stucco with limestone ashlar dressings, a brick
stack, roof not visible. 2 storeys and basement; 3-window
range. A symmetrical front has pilasters, cornice and parapet;
a keyed semicircular-arched doorway with COBOURG HOUSE
inscribed over the door and a batswing fanlight, and 8/8-pane
sashes, blocked above the door. INTERIOR not inspected.
