Small house. Probably mid C19; altered. Coursed squared
sandstone in graduated courses, stone slate roof. Double-depth
single-fronted plan, 2 storeys and one window; doorway to the
right with rectangular lintel and C20 panelled door; one large
square window on each floor, both with flush sills and
lintels, and C20 glazing. Wooden gutter on slender iron
brackets. Gable chimneys. Left gable has 2 windows at ground
floor and 3 above, all smaller than those at the front, and
with altered glazing. Forms part of a group. Included for
group value.
