Small house, with shop, at end of row. C18 with early C19 front. Flemish bond brickwork, rendering, tile roof, brick stack. A small property, probably built with No.53 (qv), and oversailing it in ownership (1991). Good brick front with parapet, in two storeys and attic, one-windowed. Two-light raking dormer above 16-pane sash to brick voussoirs with central fluted key with cornice. At the ground floor a fine early C19 shop front with 16-pane bows flanking central door under a modern transom-light. Stack, left, shared with No.53. Right return is rendered, with an entrance door and two small C20 lights; the wall is extended to a lean-to.
