Farmhouse, mid-C18, squared rubble stone with C19 slate roof and tile ridge. Coped
gables and end wall stacks. 2 storeys, 3-window range of flush cyma-moulded mullion
windows, 2-light to centre first floor; 3-light to sides. Door in C20 stone porch.
Stone bands at first floor and eaves. Rear, 3-light ground floor mullion window and
door in chamfered surround. 2-light first floor window. North end wall has small
ovolo-moulded attic window to left and 2-light first and ground floor windows to
right side. Rear wall is outshut.
