Cottage. Probably C17 with later additions to right and rear. Coursed
ironstone rubble. Welsh slate roof. Brick end stack on left. Single-cell
plan with later extensions to right and rear. 2-storey plus attic. Single
3-light casements on ground floor and first floor. 2-light casement to attic.
Door to right of C17 part. Interior: Ground floor room has stop chamfered
beam and chamfered bressumer to fireplace. Indication of stone hearth in
ceiling to right of fireplace. First floor bedroom has stop-chamfered beam,
panelling and plank door to winder with straight flight to attic. Ranges to
right and rear remodelled and extended.
