House. Probably late C16. Timber framed and plastered, pantiled roof. Single
storey and attic. Windows mainly 2-light casements with square and diamond
leaded panes; one gabled dormer to north; external stack. Single storey
painted brick and pantiled extensions to south and west: modern leaded windows,
modern half-glazed door. The name derives from the fact that the house was
extra-parochial until the 1860's.
