House, c.1840. Gault brick, now painted; corner pilasters with simple
capitals. Low-pitched hipped slated roof with rear chimneys of gault brick. 2
storeys, 3 windows. Original small-pane sashes; stuccoed cambered heads,
rusticated to simulate quoining and with a vermiculated keystone. 6-panelled
entrance door, the upper 4 panels glazed; panelled reveals, and moulded
cornice with pilasters. Included for group value.
