House now Inn. Datestone TO/1679. Regular coursed ironstone rubble. Steeply
pitched thatch roof. 2 brick shafts on stone bases to ridge and right. 3-unit
plan. 2 storeys plus attic. 4-window range. Doorway to right has moulded stone
jambs, hood mould with lozenge-shaped label stops and C20 plank door. To right a
4-light stone mullioned window with hood mould and label stops with small
opening casement. Three similar 2-,3- and 4-light windows to left. Attic has
three 3-light and one 2-light similar windows. Left end has badly weathered
3-light stone mullion window with hood mould and label stop and a similar
2-light blocked window. Right end has moulded kneeler and stone coping. Renewed
stonework to right window. Interior; Stop chamfered beam in bar; chamfered
joists.
