Farmhouse. C18 front range; early-mid C19 rear range, apparently built in 3
phases. Double pile plan. Red brick to front, white brick to rear; pantiled
roof with mid C20 concrete tiles to the rear. 2 storeys. Main entrance
facade to rear: 5 windows, 2:3, inset sashes with glazing bars, segmental
arches to left, flat arches to right. The doorway is placed symmetrically to
the 3 right hand bays: inset 6-panel door (the upper 4 panels glazed),
rectangular fanlight with glazing bars, panelled reveals; portico on fluted
columns and pilasters, entablature with modillion cornice. The earlier range
has 4 windows, mainly mid C20 flush-frame sashes under segmental arches; 2
older casements to ground floor. Doorway with pilasters and entablature; mid
C20 door.
