C18. Two storeys. Five windows. Tile-hung on a red brick base. Modillion eaves cornice. Tiled roof. Two bays on both floors in the centre. Between them doorways with semi-circular doorsteps, rectangular fanlight, flat hood on brackets and door of six fielded panels. Shop window at east end.
