6/189 Forecourt railings to Oare House

GV II

Railings and piers to entrance forecourt. 1921-25, by Clough
Williams-Ellis. Wrought iron. Central pair of gates with
overthrow, and side gates opposite links to house wings,
terminating in 21in brick piers with stone cornices and ball
finials. Railings set on brick sill wall.
