Small house. Early C19. Coursed marlstone and limestone rubble with ashlar
dressings; Stonesfield-slate roof with ashlar and brick stacks. 2-unit plan. 2
storeys. 2 bays to right of 3-window front project slightly and have a central
pointed-segmental arched doorway and 2-light stone-mullioned windows except for
the single-light window to right of the doorway. All openings have labels. Roof
has gable parapets with projecting kneelers, and has an ashlar stack to left
with plinth and moulded cornice. Bay to left has been raised from one storey,
and has plain casements and a second doorway, all with wooden lintels, plus a
brick gable stack. Rear has small lattice windows with labels. Interior not
inspected.
