Pair of cottages. Probably early C18, altered. Coursed
limestone rubble with thatched roof and C20 brick ridge stack,
outbuilding with Collyweston stone slate roof and blue brick
ridge stack. One storey and attic. No.13 has C20 porch to left
with 2-light eyebrow dormer above, and to right a 2-light
small-paned gudgeon-hung casement window with wooden lintel,
under a second, longer wooden lintel which extends over a
single light window. No.14 has a 3-light small-paned C20
window to ground floor and 2 2-light C20 small- paned, eyebrow
dormers above. Entrance in one-storey addition to right. A
one-storey outbuilding (probably wash-house) projects from the
centre of the pair and has a door and a window to either side.
Interior of No.13: chamfered spine beam and renewed bressumer.
