Cottage. C18. Flint with some stone and some red brick quoins and
dressings. Flat wooden eaves cornice to plain tiled roof with two
segment-headed dormers and end stack to left. 2 storeys and attic;
2 window front, sashes. Doorway to right with small flat hood on
brackets, panelled door with 2 top-lights glazed and transom-light over.
Blocked door to left of entrance with wooden lintel over. Included
for group value.
