GV II

House now offices. Early C18 to right, refronted and extended to left in early mid
C19. Stuccoed; plain tiled roofs. 2 storeys with moulded cornice to parapet and
large gabled dormer to right. Large stack to right of centre. L-plan with 3 window
2 storey bay on end of right hand projection, covering the left hand 3 bays of the block
of which the right hand 5 bays form No 212 (gv). Six windows front, in 2-1-3 rhythm,
those to right on bay, and that on 1st floor over door narrower and more widely spaced.
Sashes in moulded raised surrounds. Projecting single-storey porch in angle of L with
panelled door and Tuscan pilastered surround with entablature hood.
