Mill-House and attached Mill. Early C19. Rubble-stone walls and brick
dressings to windows and quoins. Slate roof with gable ends. Brick stacks
at both gables. 2 storeys, and attics. 3 windows, renewed 2-light wooden
casements with glazing-bars, wooden cills. Windows have brick dressings and
segmental brick arches. Two dormers at right hand, 2-light casements with
glazing bars. Porch, left of centre, weatherboarded with moulded cornice.
2-leaf wooden doors with recess panels, C20. Attached Mill to south, same
build, same materials though with asbestos slate roof with gable end at right
hand. 2 storeys. 3 windows, 2-light C20 metal casements inserted into C19
openings. Plank door at left ground, with segmental brick arch over.
Machinery: extensive machinery survives inside, access not obtained (water
mills survey).
