1854. Hammer-dressed stone. 2 storeys. Moulded eaves cornice and blocking
course. No 39 breaks forward, has 3 ranges of sashes in moulded surrounds,
and is crowned by a pediment with a roundel in the tympanum, and "Odd Fellows
Hall" in sans cerif in the frieze. Central doorway with cyclopean surround.
Flanking wings have 5 ranges of sashes each, and 3 doors each, of which central
door has moulded cornice.
