Detached Cottage, former Dairy House. c.1800. Rubble-stone walls.
Thatch roof with stone gable-copings. One brick stack at left hand
gable, C20. One stone stack at right hand gable. 2 storeys. 3
windows, 2- and 3-light wooden casements with glazing-bars. Wooden
cills (first floor) 2- and 3-light aluminium casements with glazing-
bars (ground floor). Wooden cills. Front door at centre, with 4
recess panels and a rectangular glass light over, C19. Porch, of
vertical wooden boards, with a gabled slate roof over.
