C18, with oriel and rear porch, added in early Cl9. Rendered. 2 storeys.
Centre of 1st floor on road side has early C19 canted oriel with fluted pilasters
taking bracket caps to the cornice and sashes with glazing bars. 2 flush-framed
cased sashes with glazing bars either side of it. Ground floor has planked
front door and modern windows. Rear has 3 ranges of sashes with glazing bars,
and an early C19 pediment porch. Interior has shutters and cupboards with
fielded panelling.

Nos 13, 15, 19 and 31 (south side) form a group with Rax, Garden wall to Rax, The Grove,
Garden wall to the Grove, No 32 and its outhouses, Gatehouse of No 32 and its wall,
Outhouses to the south of Wykes Court Garden (all on north side), and with Nos 17 and
19 Downes Street, and Wykes Court, Conservative Club, and Stables south of the
Conservative Club, North Street.
