Cottage, C20 refacing of earlier building, probably continuous with no 74.
Brick, (stretcher bond), thatched roof with end brick stack. Single
storey and attic, 4 window range. C20 3-light metal casements, Dormers
with similar windows. Ground floor left has pointed head oak door with
grille, probably from former lock-up. Included for group value.
