Former coach house, now shop. Mid C18, with late C19 and late C20 alterations. Converted c1970. Painted brick with hipped concrete tile roof and single large ridge stack. Dentillated eaves. Single storey plus attics. Two bays.To left, blocked elliptical arched carriage opening with keystone and imposts, containing a two-light Yorkshire sash. To right, late C20 shop front with recessed door. Above, to right, a gabled through-eaves dormer with a twelve pane sash. Right return has a doorway flanked by single windows, all blank and all segment headed. Interior has C18 winder stair with moulded handrail and incomplete stick balusters.
