  • St Giles: Perpendicular church; c15 tower with high stair turret; c15 windows, westernmost with ogee heads

  • St Giles: nave with c15 south arcade of columns with attached shafts; chancel is Victorian

  • St Giles: c16 black marble monument attributed by tradition to John Chideock (though last in line d.1450); now connected with Arundell of Lanherne family; shields are modern additions

  • St Giles: c16 effigy, possibly John Arundell of Lanherne (d.1545) or his grandson, another John (d.1590) whose wife was associated with the Chideock martyrs
