Cottage. Early C18. Coursed rubble with freestone dressings; asbestos slate
roof with coped raised verges and central ashlar stack. 2 storeys. 3 bays:
the end one projects and adjoins No. 2 (q.v.); 3-light casement windows in edge
moulded surrounds and under a cornice. Central panelled door in a moulded
surround and under a flat stone hood on brackets.
