House, now 2 shops. Early C18, with early and late C20
alterations. Brick with hipped concrete tile roof and 1 ridge
stack. 2 storeys plus attics; 3 window range of plain sashes,
the central one blank. Above, 2 box dormers with 2-light
casements. Below, to left, a late C20 single pane shop window.
To right, an early C20 shopfront with a recessed glazed corner
door and overlight, flanked by single pane windows. All the
windows have margin light toplights. Corniced fascia. Right
return, to Church Walk, has a segment headed blank. This
building forms the return front of 1 Church Walk. Included for
group value.
