House. C16, mid-C17 and mid-C19. Timber frame with C19
roughcast and imitation half-timbering. Pan tile roofs.
Imitation C17 red brick chimneystacks with diagonal shafts. L
plan. Single storey and attics. NE elevation to road has 2
gabled dormers and Ground floor twin casements with lozenge
latticework. C16/17 4-centre arch door frame on N. SW elevation
has gable end on W with curved bargeboard, Ground floor tiled bay
window, tile-hung dormers and leaded casements. C16 rear wing on
SW has imitation half-timbered, 2 storey, SE bay window with
leaded lights. Interior with C17 floor beams to front range,
centre room of which has good, mid-C17, plaster frieze,
approximately 40 cm deep with vine fruit and leaf pattern and
spiral bottom moulding. Blackened C16 floor beams to rear wing
which was separate from front range, presumably a kitchen.
