1844, 2 storey, roughcast, limewashed, tile roof, 3-light lst floor window
in gabled end, to road, with cusped barge boards and canted splay bay ground
floor casement window. Red brick triple shafted central chimney. Gabled porch
with scallop tile roof, pointed arch and lancet windows, south. Wing to west
in somewhat similar style.

Salston Hotel, Salston Lodge, and Lodge opposite entrance to Salston Hotel form
a group.
