"Lately erected" in 1766 by John Greenwood, joiner. Weatherboarded. Pitched tile roof. Rendered stacks. 2 storeys. 3 ranges of casements, those on ground floor with shutters. Doorcase with pediment on consoles, and virtuoso joinery in tympenum. "Chinese Chippendale" staircase inside.
