Circa 190O. Roughcast. Pitched tile roof. 2 storeys. Water table above ground floor. 1 gable at each end, flanked by one slightly tapering roughcast chimney each. 1 shallow canted 2-storey bay below each gable. Central part has very low 6-light window below eaves, 2 tall single light windows, and door with Arts-and-Crafts hinges and handles on ground floor: hood on consoles connecting door with right hand canted bay. All windows are casements with lead glazing bars. Rainwater head below left hand chimney with oak leaf and acorns in relief .
