Terrace house. c. 1684-85, remodelled 1790. Brown brick, slate
roof. 4 storeys and basement. 3 windows wide. Doorway to right
under segmental arch, 6 panel door with side lights and patterned
fanlight. Ground floor windows altered early C20. Upper floors
have revealed sash.windows, no glazing bars, under flat gauged red
brick arches. Parapet with coping. Wrought iron area railings.
One of the very few remaining houses original to the creation of
the square. Simple interior apart from enriched plaster cornices
in the hall and principal rooms; simple late C18 stairs etc.
