Late C18/early C19. 2 blocks, colourwashed brick of 2 and 3 storeys with plinth.
The 2-storey block may be slightly earlier, with steep pitch slate roof, brick
eaves band with vertical header dentils, 3 windows to lst floor, recessed sash,
the centre one 3-panes wide, the outer 5 panes wide, thin cills and flat brick
arches. Ground floor 2 sash windows, with later glazing bars, each side of
former entrance, the liner part blocked, the upper a window but retaining arched
radial bar fanlight. Brick arch over reeded imposts and keystone with sculptured
female head. The right hand 3 storey block also has steep pitch gable end slate
roof with eaves band. Stuccoed ground floor, 2 windows to upper floors, sash
of 5 x 4 panes on 2nd floor and 5 x 8 on lst, thin cills and flat arches.
Ground floor, 2 paired sashes with glazing bars in moulded flush frames. Panelled
entrance door, left, with arched radial bar fanlight. Over door is sunk panel
with small sculptured head.

Nos 2 to 6 (consec) form a group.
