1902. Built by L.C.C. to house lift shaft and entrance to pedestrian tunnel to the
Isle of Dogs. Circular red brick building with domed glass roof. Exterior
panelled brickwork, double entrance with moulded architraves and plaque above.
Plain tiled interior. Mahogany panelled lift.
