Formerly Keeper's cottage of Sidbury Manor. 1894 Charles Cave. Rough-
cast 2 storey building in Voysey idiom. Buttresses either end of front.
Gable end slate roof, the gables projecting, overhanging bracketed eaves
sloping sides to roughcast chimney stacks. Projecting paired gables
over two 1st floor windows, long 3 and 4-light wood casements, Two similar
2 and 4-light casements ground floor. Rectangular roughcast flat roofed
porch. Part of hamlet in Sidbury Parish to north east of Sidmouth.
